Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. In-State buyers must also pay sales tax and registration fees. Out-of-state buyers may register/inspect and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction and submit a 10% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing or must be able to pay cash for the vehicle. Financing must be secured prior to bidding. Payment must be made by certified check or funds transfer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Remember that your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this car.
