I personally drive all of our vehicles here at Gene Messer Volkswagen before listing them online or Ebay. Usually taking them for days at a time. As a former Service Manager I'm use to paying attention to things like alignment pulls, control arm noises, rear differential sounds, motor noises, belts, I pay attention to all the details. So if it is listed here, be sure that I've driven the car for atleast a couple of hours and anything I've noticed that we aren't going to fix WILL be listed in our auctions. All of our vehicles are AS IS unless listed as "Under Warranty". Most still have factory warranty remaining, however, I'll be sure to add that to the listing if they do. If no warranty is stated in auction or listing then a warranty does not exist on the vehicle.

Paint and Body : All of our NEW vehicles are NEW! No dents, paint damage, chips, scuffs, etc. If those are Present they will be taken care of. However, we are in WEST TEXAS. So hail is a constant threat. If a NEW car is listed with "Hail Damage", the price already has the Hail discount included.

On our USED vehicles, any body damage will be listed, major dents, huge dings, hail, huge scuffs/scratches. HOWEVER, minor little scratches/door dings maybe in existance on our used vehicles. I will use MY discretion on how "serious" a scuff or ding is. If it's worth listing I will. If It's minor I won't, not out of "secretcy" but out of "common sense", after all. These are USED vehicles.
