The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 3 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes
All Texas residents must pay applicable state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. All winning bidders are subject to a state VIT tax of .2096 percent. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 214-353-2800 for more information.
