Toyota did provided a felt pad for the large storage bin in the center console.  Even the small removable tray has a sprayed-on felt lining.  But felt does not prevent stored items from slipping and rolling around.  

This is a 12 piece set.  Pads are only available in black and precision cut to fit only the 2004 to 2009 Toyota Prius. Note that these pads will not fit the 2010 Prius (3rd generation)
