It is the complete unit as shown in pictures with upper and lower together.

This one is from a V8 Chevy, 1979 Wellcraft, with OMC 800

The lower unit is Mechanical shift. The shift cables are in great condition. This unit pumps water well and shifts great. It is good to use!

It is in very good condition.  This unit and It is not cracked or repaired.

It was tested under water load and shifts great. The gear lube has no metal fragments in it. It is internally inspected and all gears and bearing are perfect.
