For Sale:  Original Bentley Automobile Manual for the Type S Bentley.  It's use can best be described by this page from the manual...

 

In the front of the manual the S-1's owner made notations of repairs made to his car.  Things like tire replacement and generator repair.

 

 

The title page of the manual gives a fairly accurate representation of the overall condition of the book.  The edges are just a little yellowed and there are a few pages that are dog eared.  The worse problem is the at the top of this page where the paper on the top edge has been slightly damaged.

 

Here on the general information page the original owner of the vehicle filled in the cars chassis number (B 115 FD) and its engine number (BF 382).  The Bentley manual is unique in that it's the only car manual I've seen that comes "Hard Bound" from the factory - it's not a paperback!

This above blurb from the manual sums up the "Bentley" experience the best,  Simply stated it is, "This car comes from the factory tested and set up by experts - DON'T MESS WITH IT!"
