    In addition to the purchase price of the vehicle there is a $199.00 processing fee assessed on all units sold. Buyers with less then five (5) feedback will need to contact Capital Auto Auction prior to bidding or their bids may be canceled. Seller reserves the right to end auction at anytime without notice.     Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $300.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction via PayPal. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. Once a winning bid is placed, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE, as liquidated damages not a penalty, and is forfeited if you, the bidder, fail to obtain the balance of the purchase price and fees, or fail to proceed with the sale within 5 days of auction end.
