I have owned it for 3 years. It starts easily, runs, sounds and looks good. In my opinion most manufacturers have not captured the classic styling of the vintage Brit. bikes and people notice it as different from the current herd.
Has a current Mass. title . The lights, horn work and are 12 volt total loss system.
The following has been done in the last approx .1000 miles and receipts will be included:
- rebuilt magneto
-rebuilt front forks
-top end overhaul ( rings, valves, honed cylinder)
- nos clutch center
-primary and secondary chain
-clutch cable
-front wheel trued
-front axle assembly
Comes with following parts:
- kick stand
- engine and transmission sprocket
-tool bag
-parts book
-service manual (1957)
- misc. nuts, bolts and related items
The following issues remain:
- speedo not working
- rear wheel needs tuning
- frame has been notched to remove head w/o engine disassembly. The notch has been rewelded to form a "D" shaped cross-
section instead of an "O" cross section.
- transmission oil leak
I recommend www.funtransport.com for shipping
