These sliders are made of aircraft quality 6061 billet aluminum. They are manufactured to precise tolerances using Computer Aided Machining, and then Micro polished to a smooth mirror finish. Each slider measures 3-1/2" long, and 1-3/4" in diameter, and the bolt is 10mm.

Compatibility:

     This set of sliders will fit on a 99-06 GSX1300R Hayabusa sportbike. I am told they fit on the 07 and 08 as well, But I am not totally positive. This kit bolts right on, with slight modifications to both fairings required. These sliders bolt into the upper engine mount, replacing the existing bolts.

Installation Instructions: Remove your fairings, and find the engine mount locations where the sliders fit. They are made for a specific location. They will only fit in one place, and in one orientation. Once you have the sliders mounted, you need to cut the fairings so that the sliders stick out of the fairing if cutting is necessary. I would suggest using a dremmel tool with a sanding bit. gradually make the hole larger until it just goes over the slider. Re mount your fairings, and you are good to go. The torque on the slider bolts should not exceed 20-25 foot-pounds, with locktite on the threads.
