Original 4 barrel intake manifold from a Chrysler 318 polysphere.  Number looks to be 2206384G.   May fit Dodge and Plymouth as well, looks identical, but I can not confirm and can not find any cross reference.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Nice condition.  Painted but should clean up well.  Will ship or make available for pick-up.  Shipping estimated to be in the $30 range from 45241.  Additional pictures can be found at    http://tinypic.com/a/1dyzd/4    .
