Pros and cons of POR 15
It works great if you follow the directions to a T. Super expensive, once you close it and you try and re-use it it clumps up and dries up so use it all in one shot if you can. Do a ton of prep work on all your items first then apply 1st coat. And you better apply the 2nd coat the next day otherwise the product will thicken and slowly solidify while in the air tight can. Other than the quirks of how to use it and its high cost it's a great product. You must wear gloves because you will not be able to get it off your skinIt works great if you follow the directions to a T. Bad Can???
This can was either defective or very old stock. The lid was nearly impossible to remove and required "mangling it" to remove it. Of course, it couldn't be properly re-sealed. Never had this trouble with previous cans. Poor purchase. Most of the product will go bad before I use it.

Best rust prevention product
The only thing you have to be careful with is that it is extremely hard to open the can and I recommend you plan on using most of it as you might not be able to get the rest out. It goes a long way and the finish looks really good just brushing it on.

High quality rust inhibitor.
Have used POR-15 for years and always a great product. Just don't store it in anything but a paint can with a clean lid to can seal. It will harden and never come apart again.
