I BOUGHT ALL THIS STUFF YEARS AGO WITH THE IDEA OF MAKING A "SUMMERTIME SPEEDSTER" FROM MY CONV D. WITH A LITTLE EFFORT, ONE COULD PULL OFF THE D WINDSHIELD, SEAT, AND TOP AND REPLACE THESE WITH SPEEDSTER PARTS TO BECOME A "SPEEDSTER WITH ROLL UP WINDOWS". I SOLD THE D TO SOMEBODY THAT JUST WANTED A STOCK CAR.
1. WINDSHIELD FRAMES. Porsche factory original. Both need to be recromed. Refit if you are doing a D but they will fit.
2. SPEEDSTER TOP FRAME. All rivets, etc excellent. Comes with new vinyl top
3. SPEEDSTER SEATS:  Drivers seat needs to be welded in several places: butt area, front edge, and bottom rails. Passenger seat in better shape, but has some holes in it. Both seats feel very strong with no strength issues. Comes with new wood frames and new hinges
4.INTERIOR PIECES: New side panels (red), and used Tan panels. Side curtains are hard and are only good for patterns and hardware. Upper door metal trim in good shape with new ferules.
