We are a used car dealership in the Central Valley, California

 We have been in the car industry for 30 years.

Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end. Please wait for invoice to be sent to you before sending payment. This allows us to make any necessary revisions and reduces confusion.

Any persons with winning auctions that does not pay for their items will be turned over to e-Bay for un-paid item strike. We take this seriously. Lack of reasonable communication will demand immediate action on our part.

Shipping

Your item will be packaged for shipping within 1 business day upon bank verification of funds or payment received. Please allow the proper delivery time for US Postal Mail Service to deliver your item.

We provide safe and professional shipping of all items. We staff a professional packer on the premises Monday - Friday so that your items may be packaged immediately. Upon bank verified payment we process your order.  We use professional materials to insure that your item arrives to you safely. We ship daily Monday-Friday.

Note: Large items are sent via Greyhound Bus Lines whenever possible. We will help you find the nearest Greyhound Bus Package Express station in your area. They require your contact telephone number so they may call you when your item arrives. Please provide us this information when paying for your item or e-mail us the information.

All other packages are sent via US Mail either parcel post (4th class mail which does not give tracking number) and takes about 3-9 days delivery within continental United States. Packages are also sent Priority Mail and does provide tracking with delivery within 2-3 days within the continental United States.

You will be contacted the day your order is shipped via e-mail. Please look for this information from us.

International Delivery is available!

If delivery quote for international shipping is needed...please bid first. We will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for any serious bidder. Please understand obtaining this information is time consuming.

Note for International Buyers

The buyer will be responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be applicable. These extra fees are NOT incorporated into any sell price or shipping costs. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to bidding. When item is picked-up these charges are usually collected, please, DO NOT confuse these charges with additional shipping costs.

Returns

All return costs and charges are to be paid by the buyer. Returns must be within 7 days.
