Terms of Sale
- We ask that the winning bidder please pay within 5 days of the auction ending.
- Returns are only accepted after an RMA has been issued, in order to receive an RMA please call us at (314) 367-8485. Reliance will only accept returns on merchandise that is found to be defective within 5 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All non-product fees, shipping and handling, are non-refundable, unless auction states otherwise. See "Return Policy" section below for further details.
- If you have 0 feedback you must contact Reliance Automotive before bidding, if such a bidder places a bid before contacting Reliance Automotive we reserve the right to revoke the bid in an effort to protect ourselves from fraudulent activity and or non-paying bidders.
- Reliance Automotive reserves the right revoke bids from bidders with 2 or less positive feedbacks. This policy, as well as the one immediately above, have been implemented due to the many nonpaying bidders and or fraudulent activity we have experienced.

Shipping/Pick-Up
- Local Pickup - Store hours are 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday. Shipping fees are waived if picked-up locally.
- Ship to the Lower 48 States only

- Combined Shipping Limitations/Restrictions - The purchase of multiple items with freight included in the listing will be shipped out at a combined freight equal to that of the higher of listed freight values. Excludes, but not limited to, items where freight is not explicitly stated within the auction or inventory terms. *Combined weight cannot exceed 20 lbs.

- Reliance Automotive offers a 90 day warranty on all parts purchased.
- Warranty ensures that this part is free from manufacturer's defects.
- Warranty is void if part is altered or not used for the manufacturer's intended application.
- In order to ensure you are eligible for full warranty please e-mail Reliance Automotive the year, make and model of the vehicle item is purchased for.
- Freight is not covered under warranty.
- Labor is not covered under warranty.
- Absolutely no returns after 90 days

Return Policies
- Reliance Automotive must be contacted via e-mail or phone call in order for buyer to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Return request must be received within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
- In order for an RMA to be issued, either incorrect item was shipped by Reliance Automotive or item is found to be defective or inoperable for its intended use.
- Returns will not be accepted if buyer purchases incorrect item. As mentioned above Reliance Automotive describes each item and its functionality to the best of our knowledge and ability. Please be sure to review the photos and description very carefully to make sure that this item meets your required specifications. Some auctions contain stock photos, this will be stated within auction, in that case returns will not be accepted based on incorrect item pictured.
