and NOS parts. Restored in it's original color combo.This car is documented by the vin as being a

440-6Pack 4-speed car.
It is also listed in the Chrysler Registry. There were 62 cars built this year with a
4-speed Pistol Grip  transmission and this is car #25. (Paint Code GY3)

car built and is also one of 5 Radio Delete cars that were built.
It has a D-21 Pistol Grip shifter, 4:10Dana 60 Super Track Pack rear end,
spoiler package, air grabber hood, and rear window louvers. This is a rust free
complete rotisserie restoration .

No warranty is either expressed or implied. This is a 38+ year old car that is being sold “As Is/Where Is” with no warranties or guaranties of any kind implied, expressed or written by the current owners(s) or any individual associated with this vehicle. All used vehicles should be assumed to have some degree of wear. The car you are viewing is pre-owned and therefore may contain some minor scratches, scuffs and/or dings. We did not manufacture this product. Each vehicle brand has its strengths, styles, tendencies, and shortcomings. Therefore, despite our best efforts to verify a vehicle's mechanical condition, we are not able to warranty a manufacturer’s workmanship or a previous owner’s diligence in care. It is for this reason that all vehicles are sold "AS IS". We are not a service facility and there are no mechanical guarantees expressed or implied. It is a 38+year old Classic Muscle Car that may have a scratch, nick, chip, tear, fade, dimple, peel, split, odor, crack, ding, scuff, leak, drip, shimmy, cold-start, rough idle, wear spot, dent, rust, oxidation, pitting, corrosion, tarnish …etc. or something for its age that may not make it “perfect” for a older restoration. All information provided by the owner(s)or the previous owner(s) is deemed correct regarding the above-mentioned vehicle but cannot be guaranteed in anyway including items such as mileage, year of vehicle, accessories listed, factory options, vehicle identification numbers, overall performance and or condition. Vehicle may have additional miles than as shown in pictures due to local test drives (please inquire before bidding to get correct miles). The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Pre-inspection is allowed and or encouraged before the end of the auction. We encourage bidders to inspect the vehicle personally prior to purchasing or to send a professional appraiser for bidding and shipping.

 All sales are considered final with no partial or full refunds of any kind whatsoever. High bidders are responsible for full payment within 7 days from end of auction and a follow up call to the owner within 24 hours following the auction to make payment arrangements. Any and all deposits are considered nonrefundable. Please keep all of these items in mind before bidding.

Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero to 20 feedback rating should email us with phone return phone number or call us prior to bidding.Unscrupulous bids may be cancelled at anytime without notice. Bidders with less than 20 large item purchases must be cleared before bidding!

Auction may end at anytime due to early sale of vehicle.

- We require a 10% deposit (certified funds only) within 48 hours (2) business days after the auction closing via: Cashier's Check, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers or Pay Pal.

- Be prepared to pay, full payment (certified funds only) within 7 business days of auction closing ( Unless prior arrangements are agreed upon.). We only accept Certified Check, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, or Cash in person, on your remaining balance after deposit is paid.

- Buyer's are responsible for shipping costs.

- Bid retractions are prohibited 24 hours prior to end of auction.

- Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and/or end any auction early.

We would be happy to assist with shipping arrangements with prior arrangements.

NOTE: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours, (2) business days or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.

Shipping Information:

Shipping arrangements can easily be made (after paid in full) no later then 17 days from end of auction. Storage charges will be applied after 17 days.
