** Here's Our Complete 800 Torque Master III Bottom - End **
5 YEAR WARRANTY
The 5 Year warranty is on PTO BREAKAGE, And ROD PIN Breakage, That is where 99.9% Of Polaris 800 Crank Failures come from.
Main Bearings & Connecting Rods are warrantied For 1 year, They are only as good as the owners Summerizing program and choosen oil.
I STRONGLY recommend NOT running synthetic oils in our TORQUE MASTER MOTORS.
Save yourself some money, and buy a good brand of mineral base oil ( don't worry about your exhaust valves )
Polaris VES GOLD ( is the most over priced oil on the market. )
Synthetic oils draw moisture, And in very humid climates cause severe rust problems.
Oils I recommend -
1 - Castrol T2 ( about $18.00 per gallon )
2 - Injex ( The cheapest one ) ( About $18.00 per gallon )
3 - Arctic Blue ( $10.00 per gallon ) This is a blend, and a really great oil for the money.
Many other oils are suitable - Look For these Certifications • API Service TC • JASO FB
If you are considering a cheaper rebuilt Crank..........Ask them about their Warranty, That will
help you understand how confident they are about their product.
Another bonus to becoming a Torque Master Customer, These Crankshafts are completely rebuildable\
And we only sell crank Rebuild parts to our customers, So even long past the warranty your Torque Master Crank can be repaired at a reasonable price.

Last !!! Notice in the Pictures,
Photo #1 - Our 800 crank with Billet PTO -End and the wide bearing upgrade
Photo #2 - Our Crank case that has been machined and drilled for better oiling.
Photo #3 - Stock crank case with stock oil hole
Photo #4 - Stock Crank case with OEM bearing shown ( Almost covered by the bearing )
Photo #5 - Our Torque Master Crank Case shown with Bearing lock groove machined into case ( Also shows how much better we get oil to the bearings.)
Photos - #6 & #7 Show Our wide bearing inside the case ( also shown is how much better we oil even wider bearings then The Stock Polaris set-up.
Photo #8 - Our Finished Torque Master Crank Case ready for assembly.
Photo #9 & #10 a close up look at Our New 33MM Billet PTO - End next to a OEM Polaris Size 30MM Taper Notice the New design and the increase wall thickness. The big problem with the OEM Polaris PTO-End is that the clutch bolt hole is far to big and far to deep, The puller bottom & thread area is under the bearings instead of under the clutch taper where it belongs.
Photo 11 & 12 is the New 33MM Drive Clutch, shimmed and balanced to run the Stock Polaris Belt and Polaris Clutch weights. Tunes just like a Polaris Clutch
The reason for relocating the Lock ring bearing on the Polaris High torque 800 Motor ........ At Clutch engagment the moveable Sheave is hitting the belt and causing a slide hammer effect on the PTO - End, If the case fit is not perfect the clutch is actually jerking on the PTO Rod pin -------- With the Lock ring bearing moved to the PTO - End of the case where it belongs there is no more damage done to the PTO - End or Rod Pin.
