15 year old paint job - Chrome & Stainless was also done at the same time  .. some rust starting to show at the base of the rear window, lower fenders, on one door  and under the headlight pots ... still very easily fixed ... the rest of the car has a solid base to build on.  You won't find too many American 2DHT in this shape for this price.  Great looking ride and head turner.  Just to do the chrome on a car like this would be $7000.00 to $10,000 .... Life Style Change, wife says it has to go ....

Make:  Amerian Pontiac    Model: Chieftain 2door hard Top   Motor:  Early 389  4-Bbl, Dual Exhaust, Bonniville Hubcaps, 4Speed Automatic, Frame & Floor pans in good shape, trunk pan in good shape, new battery, Tires in good shape. New glass all around except for rear windscreen. Upholstry still good except for 2 small cuts - one in front and one on rear seat.  Transmission completely rebuilt just after I purchased the car and power steering added & I had the radiator custom re-cored to a 4 core, retaining the original header tanks and a transmission cooler added - hidden trailer hitch with removable hitch ... have some extra parts & pieces as well.

A: You can pick the car up In Chilliwack, about a 30 minute drive from the Suma border crossing or have it transported to your location

A: Yes, The mounts are exactly the same as the 347 - I replace the mounts when the car was re-done .. the motor for intend and purposes is exactly the same block as the 347 ... the guages all work - the speedo is calibrated in... Continue reading

 Q: To Verify this is an AMERICAN built POntiac, not Canadian built.....right? Is this a cheiftain or super chief? What about shipping to Texas? Correct 347 V8 and hydramatic?
