1964 Tempest Wagon Rat Rod. I bought the body from Oaklahoma and put in a 496 ci. Chevy engine 454 + Bored .060 and 4.25 in Stroke with 632 hp. on pump gas. It has Dart pro 1 heads, solid cam, 10.5 to 1 compression, H beam rods, Steel stroker crank, Moroso oilpan, Edelbrock aluminium manifold and 780 Holley. Full MSD ingition, 6AL, Billet distributor,Blaster 2 coil. Custom built 2.125 tube headers, Full 3" exhaust with flowmaster mufflers. Turbo 400 trans, 3500 stall converter.New Dana 60 Positraction rearend with 3.73 gears. 4 Wheel disc brakes. Tubular rear controlarms.Can be driven anywhere. We took it on the HotRod Power Tour this year driving from Detroit to Madison Wi. and back.Paint is baked off, We left it that way on purpose.
