Hi there, this is a great time for you to buy this Rare and Exciting car. 1977 Pontiac Trans Am

Now this is a car you won't see everyday. They didn't make alot of them in this color so when you find one it's kind of rare. This is a 4-Speed 400 car, With Factory Air Conditioning.

This car is in pretty good shape. The exterior of the car needs some work but is still in pretty good shape. The front nose is missing alot of the paint. It looks like the hit something on the front passenger fender and put a dent and scrape down the fender. One other dent on the front driver fender. There is a few minor surface rust spots but nothing to worry about.

The interior of this car does need some work. The carpet is in good shape but needs to be tucked back in it is coming up in some spots. The seats need to be reupholstered. The dash has some cracks in it. It still has the factory radio. I can get interior kits for these cars which include door panels, carpet, seats, and headliner from anywhere between $395-$595 depending on the car.

Overall this is a good car. Don't miss your chance to own this car. You don't see them with a factory red paint like this everyday. This car is not currently running and not sure what it would take to get it running. With it being a 5-digit odometer it is hard to tell the exact miles on the car.

The wheels and tires that are on the car in the pictures do not come with the car. They are a very nice set of tires that car on another car of mine. I thought this car would look good with the black wheels so I took the pictures with them on it. Below is the pictures of the wheels and tires that come with the car.

This is to cover expenses, such as (but not limited to) providing in-transit 40 day state temporary tags, priority mailing and handling of all documents, there are 4-6 priority/express mail charges we pay between you and courthouses etc. courier services, requisite paperwork, and title preparation and transfer as well as NO-CHARGE pickup service from Missoula or san diego International Airport to our facility, professional detail on all cars, fluid check and change if needed, mechanical inspection, and most of all, the assurance that you will be buying from a licensed and bonded car dealership Montana muscle and classics) since 1982 that has a full staff on hand for you upon delivery. Federal Odometer law requires us to mark the title EXEMPT if the vehicle is 10-years or older, or has a 5 digit odometer unless otherwise noted. Montana muscle will not be held liable for misnomers.

10. AS-IS: This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty, expressed written or implied. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. INSPECT: It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, INSPECT BEFORE YOU ACCEPT, to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Remember some of these cars are a decade or older and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs may be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible

11c. Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars.

12. SALES TAX: Montana State law permits automobile dealerships up to 40-days to transfer titles. Our title clerks wait a minimum of 10-business days from the date of receiving a check before sending out a title. If this delay is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items.
