Payment Terms:
The successful buyer, whether by Bidding, Buy It Now, or Best Offer, must submit a $200.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction end to secure the vehicle. Failure to submit required deposit will result in an unpaid item strike and the vehicle will be re listed. Deposit payment may be made by Paypal or major Credit Cards.

Vehicle must be paid in full within five (5) business days from the end of the auction. Any exceptions must be approved by the the iAutohausDirect management.

Payment Methods:
Bank Wire Transfer (preferred), cash (in person only), Certified Bank Check, 3^rd Party Financing, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal (up to 10% of vehicle purchase price only). If dealer financing is desired please submit a secured credit application at the time of purchase. Pre-approval is available and will speed up the purchase process. ALL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL BEFORE THE VEHICLE LEAVES OUR FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Fees and Taxes:
A documentary/administration fee of $269.00 for title work, contract handling, copying, temporary tags, postage, etc. will be collected on every vehicle, no exceptions. Arizona residents will pay 8.1% sales tax and applicable license fees. Out of state buyers who have a vehicle transported and elect not to have taxes collected at time of sale will be responsible for any and all state, county, city taxes and fees as well as registration fees in their state of residence.* International buyers will not be charged any U.S. sales taxes if they have a vehicle transported.

*If picking up a vehicle in person city tax will be collected. State sales tax may or may not be collected depending on your state of residence. If you reside in certain states, sales taxes will be collected at time of purchase and you will receive credit from your home state for taxes paid when you register your vehicle.  Please call for details.

Warranty and Accessories:
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS-IS". No representations or warranties are made by the seller. Balance of manufacturer warranty may still apply on certain vehicles. Extended Warranties may be available. Please be advised that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle which has been previously driven and subjected to normal wear and tear. We make every attempt to present these vehicles in the best possible condition, however there is no way to include every minute detail or slight imperfection. Certain accessories such as spare keys, factory floor mats, navigation discs, manuals, etc. may not be available. All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Please do not assume we have any accessories not pictured in the photo gallery. We will be happy to order any accessory for you to purchase upon request. Titles:
Autohaus International, LLC (iAutohausDirect) guarantees clear, lien free titles on all of our vehicles. We DO NOT sell cars with salvage or reconstructed titles. All odometer readings are guaranteed to be accurate and an Arizona Odometer Statement will be furnished with every vehicle to the buyer and lender if applicable. Please be aware that all of our vehicles are for sale locally and are subject to test drives and transportation so mileage may sometimes be slightly higher at time of delivery. For cash sales, titles will be sent out via Fed Ex or UPS and a tracking number will be emailed to you. Titles will be sent out after funds have cleared, usually 10 days after receipt of cashiers or personal check. For bank wire transferred funds, titles will be sent out next business day.

Proper Venue:
It is understood that all obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Maricopa County, in the state of Arizona. Any and all obligations of purchaser to pay for the vehicle,as well as taxes and fees shall be payable in U.S. dollars. Buyer and Autohaus International, LLC agree that in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle or the sale or transfer thereof that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be Maricopa County, Arizona.
