In a nut shell it states that Ebay tells its buyers that a 4 star rating is a good rating for a seller. That statement is incorrect. Unfortunately, the reality is that any rating lower than 5 's can have a significant negative impact on sellers and the eBay community as a whole because eBay has structured the system to reward sellers with over a 4.5 average, and to penalize sellers with under a 4.5 average. If a seller has a 4.6 or lower rating, eBay will penalize that seller by charging them higher fees, and disadvantages that seller’s items in search.

RETURN POLICY:

Please read our return policy terms carefully. If any one requirement is not fulfilled this return policy is null and void.

1. The item must be significantly misrepresented.
2. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.
3. The item must be shipped back via the same shipping and packaging method as it was originally sent. For example: if it was shipped Priority Mail it must be returned using Priority Mail.
4. The item must be insured during the return shipping if the item was insured when originally sent to buyer. 
5. The return must have delivery conformation and the number must be e-mailed to the seller as soon as the item is shipped.
6. The item must be received back within 7 working days from the date we were contacted regarding the problem.
7. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping, insurance (if needed), and delivery conformation.
