Returned items must be unused and in original condition. This includes all original packaging materials, manuals, etc. To return an item, email us to request a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted without prior written approval. All returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All claims for damages and freight shortages must be filed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable.
