Payment:

For Domestic customers:

·        We ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

·        We accept Paypal, MasterCard, and Visa (secure).

·         No Personal Checks

·         Payments must be received within 7 days. Non- paying bidders will be reported and blocked.

International Customers:

·        Shipping can be done via UPS, FedEx, And USPS Global Express Mail.

·        You select on calculator (Include your telephone number for the shipper).

Shipping:

·        We ship within 4 days of payment confirmation. We charge actual freight.

·         Pbtxxx has had problems with shipments made via USPS (United States Post Office).

·        AGAIN PBTXXX has had problems with LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS SHIPPED VIA USPS (UNITED STATES POST OFFICE.

Insurance:

·        Insurance is mandatory and is calculated on final auction price.

Handling:

·        We charge a flat $3.50 handling fee for each item purchased.

Shipping Damage:

·        If your item is lost/ damage due to shipping/handling. File any claim with the carrier.

Fees:

·        We are not responsible for broker’s fees, local sales tax, or customs charges ECT.

Our Guarantee:

·        If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. Please contact us first for a return authorization number. You must return it carefully packed and pay the cost to ship it back.

Refund:

·        Your refund will be the original purchase price less all shipping cost. Refunds will be done within 5 days from receipt of returned merchandise.    

Feedback:

·        We leave feedback after you have left yours, to ensure   your satisfaction.
