All aftermarket performance parts are designed for off-road use; also tested
and passed the fitment test at the factory, but above items will not come with
any installation instruction or mounting bolt unless stated.
CarbonTown is not responsibly or liable for any damage to possible
injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect
installations, and bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts).
If the item stated as a Direct bolt-on designed, professional shop
installation is required and buyers should always be prepare to have minor
modifications done.
Actual parts may slightly differ from picture due to the graphic affect
or various photography angels.
All of our products DOES NOT come with instructions or mounting bolt/screw,
professional shop installation is required.
Buyer assumes all risk on
shipment and usage. Item is auction " AS IS " , no warranty is expressed.
Shipping & Handling:
All domestic shipments are made via Fedex, UPS Ground or U.S. Postal
Service Priority Mail depending on the type or size of products purchased.
Majority of our orders will ship within 2 business days (mostly within 36hrs)

Local Pick-Up is available.
Canada / International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees

In the case
of wrong or damage item received only, you can return your item within
7 days of
signing and receipt of item for any reason as long as it is returned
in original condition and packaging.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping, original shipping fees are
non-refundable.
All return must be authorized and approved by CarbonTown.
All approved returns must be returned to CarbonTown in unused and unaltered
condition with original packaging( or better packaging).
Insure that product
is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged
during shipping back to CarbonTown if the product is not received in original
packaging or better. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be
issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier.
Failure to comply with the policy above will result in a refusal of shipment and
will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. |
