inspection in Los Angeles, if the high bidder is not satisfied with the car as
described they will not be held responsible for the completion of the purchase.
Any deposit
will be fully refunded.
The winning
bidder must send a 10% deposit within 5 days of close of auction. The car must be
inspected within 10 days of close of auction otherwise the inspection will be
considered waived and it is agreed that the vehicle will be accepted AS IS without
an inspection. Once the vehicle is approved by the buyer or 10 days have passed,
The balance due must be paid to the seller within 5 days. If the buyer has
not paid the balance after that time period the deposit maybe forfeited and the
vehicle can be resold. If you need addition time, you may contact us prior to

winning bidder who fails to complete the transaction without inspecting the

negative feedback and will be responsible for damages plus any legal fees.
