    UP FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS THIS VINTAGE 1980 CANADIAN TRIAL ATV. THIS ATV IS RARE BECAUSE IT HAS A HYDRAULIC FRONT SUSPENSION AND DIFFERENT PARTS THAT WERE NOT SEEN ON YAMAHA THREE WHEELERS UNTIL LATER YEARS. IT IS A FACTORY MADE ATV SOLD ON THE CANADIAN MARKET ONLY. I HAVE WENT THROUGH THIS MACHINE WITH A FINE TOOTHED COMB AND I WILL TELL YOU WHAT IS NEW AND WHAT WAS DONE TO IT. THIS ATV AS YOU WILL SEE WAS STRIPPED DOWN AND GONE OVER COMPLETELY. THE NEW PARTS ARE AS FOLLOWS.... TIRES ALL THE WAY AROUND (3), 1 NEW REAR HUB, CARB NEEDLE AND SEAT, GEARSHIFT SHAFT SEAL, FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS,SHOES AND HARDWARE, AIR CLEANER, FUEL LINES AND FILTER, OIL LIGHT BULB, CHANGED TRANS OIL, AND LUBED CHAIN, ADJUSTED CLUTCH AND LINKAGES, AS WELL AS BRAKES, CARB, ETC. ETC.

    THIS MACHINE HAS AN OPTIONAL CHAIN GARD AS WELL. THE BODY PANELS ARE ALL GOOD. HOWEVER, THERE IS SCRATCHES ON THEM FROM USE. THERE IS A SMALL HOLE IN THE REAR OF THE SEAT ALSO, IT IS BARELY NOTICEABLE.THE MACHINE RUNS AND DRIVES AS NEW, AND PRETTY MUCH LOOKS NEW. THE MACHINE NOW HAS A UNI-FILTER ON IT BECAUSE OF THE DESCREPENCY OF TYPE OF AIR CLEANER USED. IT WAS MISSING WHEN I BOUGHT IT AND I HAVE NOT FOUND ONE FOR IT YET. I HAVE THE SNORKLE FOR IT, I BELIEVE IT IS AN 81-82 MODEL THAT BELONGS ON THIS MACHINE, AS I SAID THIS WAS A TRIALS BIKE AND NEW PARTS WERE BEING TESTED ON IT. MYSELF OR ANYONE I HAVE SPOKEN WITH HAS NEVER SEEN ONE LIKE IT. HOWEVER, YAMAHA CANADA CONFIRMS IT BEING MADE AS STATED. THE EXACT NUMBER OF THEM IS YET UNKNOWN TO ME.

    TAKE A LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES, GOOD LUCK BIDDING, AND IF YOU KNOW OF AN AIR CLEANER FOR THIS MACHINE AND DO NOT WANT TO BUY IT I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN THAT TO MAKE IT 100% RESTORED. THANKS.
