Shipping within Continental US
We ship to addresses within the continental US via UPS or USPS from our store in Flint, Michigan every day. Winning bidders will receive a UPS tracking number and/or a delivery confirmation number for priority mail shipments via pay pal shipping. We reserve the right to ship via USPS or UPS for items with free shipping.

We normally ship within 1-3 business days once payment has been cleared. If this item is sold here in our retail store before it is sold online, we may need to order the item. This may add a couple days to the processing of the order.

Out of Stock - Back Ordered Items  
From time to time it is possible that the item featured in the listing is either back ordered or discontinued. If you make a purchase and the item is either back ordered or discontinued, we will do the following: If the item is back ordered, we will notify you via eBay messages system  and either offer you a refund, a substitute or the option of leaving it on back order. If the item is discontinued and the item has been paid for, we will issue a refund. From time to time we may issue a refund immediately if the item has been paid for and the item is either back ordered or discontinued. If the transaction can not be completed due to the above mentioned reasons, we will issue a NBP in which you will have to mutually agree to canceling the transaction. This allows us to recoup our listing fees.

We combine shipping whenever possible.

Military Shipping
We do ship USPS priority mail to (APO) for US military personnel. Thank you for you for serving our country! Please email us for more shipping information.

Canada/International Priority/Express Mail Shipping
Shipping quotes for USPS priority or express mail may be available in the listing. Buyer is responsible for duty & brokerage fees, taxes, etc. We WILL NOT falsify customs forms - please do not ask.

In Store Pickup
Purchases MUST be made here and arrangements made to pick up the item. NO "WALK-INS"

Taxes
Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax.

Payment
To expedite shipping payment may be made through PayPal or by credit card via phone., Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end. If payment has not been received by the 8^th day the item will be relisted and the non-paying bidder reported to eBay. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE!!

Bidding Errors
Please read the description for items carefully. If you make a mistake please cancel your bid or contact us before the listing ends and will try to assist you.

Exchanges & Returns
Our goal is to have satisfied winning bidders. Every effort is made to accurately describe each item. In the event a buyer wishes to exchange/return an item we do require that they contact us within 48 hours after receipt of item and return ship within 3 business days. Please contact us via email through eBay.

The item must be returned in original (NEW) condition and include original labels/tags.

Exchanges
Buyer is responsible shipping costs on all authorized exchanges and is subject to availability of a replacement item.

Returns
Unless there has been an error in the listing or description of the item or the item is defective there shipping charges will not be refunded. A normal shipping charge will also be deducted from the refund on refunds originally purchased with free shipping. Refunds will be processed in the method that payment was received.

To process exchanges/returns quickly and correctly we ask that you include a copy of the eBay listing in the box.
