Here is the Ultimate Body Rotisserie.  These plans contain detailed information on how to build the BEST automotive Rotisserie design available.  Within the 29 pages of these plans, you will find details on building two different styles of legs, one using small casters, one using larger pneumatic casters.  You will find details on how to build a rotator locking mechanism to ensure the body doesn’t move while in use and to make it easy to set and lock into place. Other designs out there use a DANGEROUS bicycle brake, that if unintentionally disengaged, could have a tragic outcome.  Don't make that mistake.  Additionally, you will find details on building an adjustment screw, to adjust the body up or down until it is balanced, so the body will stay in any position you put it into.  For the version with the pneumatic casters you will also find two different options of third wheel design.

The drawings give you the options of building out of 3”, 3.5” or 4” core size box steel.  It includes a total of 6 different steel tables (3 for pneumatic and 3 for small caster) that detail out the quantities needed of each different size of material that you can take with you to your local steel supplier.  All the info they will need such as diameter, width, height, wall thickness and total length are included in these tables

In addition to the drawings, I am including 14 pages of detailed build instructions.  In these instructions you will find, easy to understand,  detailed information on how to layout, cut, weld and assemble each and every piece of the rotisserie.  Don't be fooled by others suggesting that Engineered Plans are complicated and hard to understand.  These are the easiest to read plans you will ever use.  Check my feedback.

With its radical offset leg design, the pneumatic caster version provides the lowest center of gravity ever designed with the frame only 2.75” off of the ground.  When built with the 10” Pneumatic casters, you will have the smoothest rolling, safest, most stable auto rotisserie ever built.

With its third wheel design, each end of the rotisserie can be rolled around independent of the other, making it possible for a single person to install alone.  The design is highly adjustable and will fit any automotive body or body/frame that you can come up with.  The rotational portion as well as the body attach points have redundant safety lock bolts to ensure that nothing can come loose while in use. When not in use, the Rotisserie collapses down to a small size for easy storage.

These plans are engineering quality and can be taken to you local fab shop for them to build if you are so inclined.
