GET YOUR ANTENNA IN DAYS NOT WEEKS

This is a "Buy it Now" listing for one "Premium Quality" dual mount/two post AM FM semi retractable chrome mast radio antenna (aka wireless aerial).
  • Not to be confused with other lower quality dual mount antennas being offered. 
  • This style antenna is found on some 40's American Sedans/Woody Wagons/Trucks, also found on Motorhomes/RV's, Rat Rods, Volkswagen Beetles and Buses/Transporter.
  • It can be side mounted (either vertical or angled back) & we have seen this antenna mounted dead center on the nose of a Bus/Transporter.
  • Years ago a company called "Olympus" made these antennas. Hirschmann and Bosch also had dual mount antennas but these are no longer available.
  • This is a CHROME (actually stainless) three section mast with a period correct round chrome ball on the tip.
  • The two mounting posts are chrome metal (not black plastic) with black plastic spacers (like Bakelite, molded solid around the mount)  and black rubber base gaskets.
  • Requires two .5 inch (12.5 mm) holes to mount. The upper and lower mounts are adjustable (they slide along the lowest mast section and lock into place with a pressure nut).
  • Includes 8 feet (244 cm) of coax with the proper Motorola male plug (fits 99% of radios).
  • The antenna measures 25 inches (64 cm) when retracted and a whopping 68 inches (173 cm) when extended.
