Brand new IDEAL Heated Knives brand 250 watt Racing Tire Groover. This groover assembly comes complete with #4 head and one pack of #4 blades. This pistol grip unit is provided with a 7ft cord (approximate length) which plugs into any standard 3 prong 110v outlet.

This tire groover can be used on UMP, Mars, LOLM, or IMCA tires such as Hoosier or American Racer. It can also be used on certain karting tires or mini pulling tractor tires. By adding additional grooves to tires it improves side bite and also aids in providing additional forward grip. Grooving, when done correctly, can also help to prevent blistering by allowing the tire to cool quicker.

The #4 head and blade will produce a groove about 7/32" wide. The depth of the groove can be controlled by the user when mounting the blade. Do not adjust blade depth while the groover is hot.

This is heated tire groover and gets very hot. User and Buyer beware that improper use and handling can result in injury or damage to the product or person. The seller nor the manufacturer will be held responsible for any neglect or misuse by the operator, buyer, or owner.

This item is covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. At a minimum, always wear gloves, long sleeves, and safety glasses during use.

International buyers must confirm their voltage and frequency before purchase. This item is a 110v 60hz unit and will become damaged if operated at any other voltage. No returns or warranty for international for any reason.

Not intended for use on street tires. This groover will become damaged if not operated at the correct voltage. Please read manufacturers instructions prior to use and storage. Seller is not responsible for buyer or user negligence.
