This is a high-quality front bumper replacement that is manufacturered by Top Gun Products. It is very similar to a Ranch Hand brand front bumper replacement, but at a more economical price.
Top Gun's Front Bumper Replacements combine rugged off-road style with heavy-duty protection for your truck. Available for Ford, Chevy, GMC, or Dodge heavy duty trucks, Top Gun replacement bumpers are crafted from heavy-duty 4" steel pipe. This item is available in four configurations.

Standard - The Standard model gives you great design and extra protection at the most economical price. You will definitely be pleased with the look, style, and durability of the Standard model.

Standard Plus - The Standard Plus model gives you the added Plus of a 2" Receiver Tube.

Premium - The Premium model gives you all the features of the Standard model, but also includes a welded-in, reinforced Winch Plate that is pre-drilled with a 4 1/2" x 10" Bolt Pattern and will accommodate up to a 16,500 lb Winch.

Premium Plus- The Premium Plus model gives you the added Plus of a 2" Receiver Tube.
Factory fog lights and tow hooks are accomodated on all models with these two exceptions:

1994 - 2002 Dodge Standard, Standard Plus, Premium and Premium Plus models - There are no fog light openings. Also on these models, you lose the use of the factory tow hooks, but you can replace them with the factory tow hooks from a 2003 - 2009 Dodge 2500 / 3500 model truck.

2006-2009 Dodge 4500/5500, Premium and Premium Plus models - You loose the factory tow hooks, but can replace with the factory tow hooks from the 2006-2009 Dodge 2500/3500.
