·        We ship UPS Standard Ground on all orders in the 48 States and must have a physical address. No PO Boxes.

·        Shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location. We ship from multiple locations depending on the product and availability. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

       All items are in stock when listed, but due to the popularity of some items especially seasonal items, delays may occur while waiting for manufacturers to restock our inventory. On items taking longer than one week we will make all attempts to find alternative sources to fulfill our orders even utilizing our competition and paying the difference to get products to our customers.

Returns

• Please contact us to get prior authorization before returning any items.
• Items being returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packaging.
• Items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
