VIN# 7H15C508945 - Cardinal Red, Red Bucket Seats, Red Carpeting, Automatic, 289 V8 Engine, Fiberglass Hood with Dual Scoops, Bucket Seats, Shifter on the column.
Good Glass and trim moldings. Extra fenders and parts. Non-running vehicle. Selling as a parts car, but possibly could be more. Originally meant to be restored, but never got around to it.

What’s next?: The winning bidder is responsible to contact the seller (Progressive_Motors) within 24 hours with a phone call or e-mail to receive a Purchase Order via Fax and start the transaction. A $1,000 deposit is required via bank wire transfer or certified funds (cashiers check) within 2 days of the auctions end. The buyer then has 3 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her due diligence. After the 3 days following the end of the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be sold "As Is" without an inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle will be available to all other buyers on a first come, first serve basis. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Please arrange financing prior to bidding. All bidders should have pre-approved loans / financing or must be able to pay cash (in person). Payment can also be made with cash (in person), bank wire transfer or cashiers check. In a nutshell, the deal must be consummated within 6 days from end of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions. If delivery of your vehicle is at our dealership, Florida law requires that we collect sales tax. The amount we collect is 6% or the sales tax rate in your state, whichever is less. A credit is allowed in your home state for the amount paid in Florida, except in AK, IN, MI, MO, ND, OK, OR, SD and WV. We will provide you with a notarized affidavit showing the amount of sales tax paid which you submit to your state.
If you are not sure about something, please ask. Do not assume anything not listed is included. Understand that our vehicles are pre-owned and at times, may come without accessories such as extra keys, CD magazines, navigation discs, floor mats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle. The vehicles in our auctions are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold in "As Is" condition. However, most vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Ask for details.
The weather year round is beautiful in South Florida. Fly down, pick up your car and stay a few days. Transportation from the airport to our location is the buyer's responsibility, but usually arrangements can be made to meet you at the airport. If you can’t make it down, it’s the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, but we are happy to help arrange shipping.
All vehicles that we auction have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Reconditioned titles). We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time without any liability to the seller. Each transaction is subject to a processing fee of $399.00. This fee helps to defray the title, mailing and related expenses (Listing, Selling, Category Feature, Picture Hosting, Buy it Now and Relist Fees, etc.) we incur during the close of the sale. Please remember your eBay obligations. When you bid, you are entering a legal and binding contract. Do not bid, if you do not intend to buy this vehicle.
