About the vehicle

All vehicles are sold "as-is", with no warranty from the seller, expressed or implied. I will make every reasonable effort to describe the vehicle accurately. I include many photos to assist in that effort. These vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new and may have minor signs of wear: small chips; door dings; light scratches or minor abrasions; rust; wheel scuffs; oil or fluid leaks, worn tires and items such as: cigarette lighters; owners manuals; CD changer magazines; extra keys; floor mats; radio codes; etc...not mentioned specifically in the description, may be missing. This list is not inclusive of every possibility and of we cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for any issues regarding the above mentioned areas. Auction Information

Your bid is a binding legal contract, so consider your bid carefully before placing it. For more information, please review the terms of eBay's User Agreement which every eBay member accepted during registration. Did you know that all bids of $15,000 and above require a credit card or alternative ID on file with eBay? Don't get caught at the last minute. Verify yourself now. I reserve the right to cancel bids from users with excessive negative feedback or bid retractions and end this auction at any time. I shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. Bid retractions during the last 24 hours of the auction will be grounds for immediate auction cancellation and possible re-listing, at our discretion. Bid shielding, auction interference, and any other form of harassment will not be tolerated.  Anyone using our images or design, for the representation of their product, are in violation of eBay rules and regulations and Federal Law and may be prosecuted. Reports to eBay will made. We reserve the right to cancel any bid or bids at our discretion without notice to the bidder or bidders.  

After the Auction - What Happens Now?

You must have the funds or necessary financing arranged prior to placing your bid. Immediately following the end of the auction, within 24 hrs, you will receive an email if you're the high bidder with specific instructions and a request for required information A Non-Refundable Deposit minimum of $3000 must be received within 48 hours of the auctions end.  We will only accept bank wire transfers and cash as acceptable payments for the sale of our vehicles.  All cash payments must be made in person.  We will not accept cash payments through the mail.  No certified checks, personal checks, or credit cards will be accepted. Full payment must be made within 3 days of the auctions end.  Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping or transportation costs.

As-Is, No Warranty

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
