This center cap will fit Jeep Vehicles Up to current 2008 models except CJ's and old full size Cherokee Chiefs. Including Wranglers (YJ & TJ), Cherokees (XJ), Grand Cherokees (ZJ), Comanches (MJ) that have stock axles and a 3.30" diameter hole in the center of the rim. NOTE: Special aluminum wheels usually have different size hole and will need special centers caps, if in doubt, always measure center hole before ordering. |

Item description:
Set of 4 Black Powder Coated Center Caps. Fits Black Rock Crawler rims or any other rim with a 3.30" hole in center of rim. Outside dimension of flanged portion is 3.50", they slide in from the back, rim holds them in place when you tighten the lug nuts.

| In order to reduce costs and keep prices down, items may have up to a 2-3 week lead time before shipping. We attempt to maintain inventory of most items, but cannot guarantee availability. You will be notified by email after ordering regarding the lead time for your order. All special order items (change in powder coat color and non-powder coat) are automatically on 2-3 week lead time before shipping. Payment must be made at time of auction win or order of item. |

You can order with a credit card using Paypal or call us with your info and we can take it over the phone. You do not need to set up a Paypal account to order. When you proceed to checkout, select the option: "If you don't have a Paypal account and want to pay with a credit card: Continue Checkout". This method will not set up a Paypal account for you and you will not have to input your banking information.
We can also process your payment if you call with a credit card number. |

| When Payment is Due: |
| Payment is due immediately upon close of auction or buy-it-now. It is your responsibility to notify us of how you are going to pay so we can note your order accordingly. |

| If buyer's payment address or ship to address is in Arizona, buyer will pay 8.1% sales tax. |
| Shipping |
Shipping: |
All shipping prices are for continental US, non-APO address, shipping only. RockRatz, LLC will ship outside the continental Unites States, those buyers will pay actual shipping & handling charges, contact us for a shipping quote. All "APO" addresses must contact us for shipping price and will be shipped US parcel post and may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Please inspect items upon arrival for damage during shipping, if so, immediately report it to your carrier for insurance claim. It is the customer's responsibility to report any damaged boxes to the carrier, we cannot accept damaged items for return if not turned in for the insurance reimbursement. Most items are shipped via UPS ground, occasionally we may use DHL or USPS. Please make sure that you have given your correct address to avoid shipping delays. A $5.00 handling fee will be charged if buyer's address is not UPS recognizable.
Foreign and AK, HI, APO shipping: We do offer shipping outside the continental US and to APO addresses via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Please email for shipping quotes, as this shipping is generally higher and will require sending you a custom invoice. Orders shipping to outside the continental US or to APO addresses without the additional amount added will not be processed until additional payment made. Customer is liable for all taxes and duties. |

| All items will be sent with insurance. No exceptions. If your item does not arrive it is your responsibility to contact the carrier. We will help by giving you any info necessary to complete forms with the carrier. |
| Warranty |
Warranty: |
| RockRatz products are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects for the original purchaser, as long as the vehicle is owned. Other costs that may arise such as labor and installation fees, loss of use, loss of time, and shipping charges are not covered. Some marks in material from machine handling are not considered defects and are part of normal manufacturing processes. If you feel you have a defective product, call or email for more information. |

Damaged/ Missing: |
| Please inspect items upon arrival for damage during shipping. You must notify us within 10 days of receipt if items are missing. Any merchandise damaged in transit should be reported to the carrier for claim. We will be happy to assist you by furnishing any information necessary for claims that may arise. |
| Returns/ Exchanges: |

No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Email (shipping@rockratz.com) for a return authorization number and clearly label your package with this number. All returned packages must be insured by you for the original purchase amount, if lost without insurance, we can do nothing about this. Once we receive a return, it will be inspected, and if in original condition refund for purchase price (less shipping costs to customer) will be given. Exchanges or credits must be made within 30 days of original date of purchase. To keep our product costs as low as possible, and offset costs on items that were correctly sent by RockRatz, there will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns. Shipping costs to and from customer are responsibility of the purchaser. Special order and scratch-and-dent items cannot be returned or exchanged. |

| We usually give all feedback approximately once a month. Accurate feedback will be given, if it has been a negative experience equivalent feedback will be given, on the same note positive feedback is always great to give. We believe the system cannot work if it does not accurately reflect the transaction. We will not give feedback unless you have left feedback for us - simply due to misuse we have encountered in the past by those who wish to defraud others. |
| Winning an auction/Bidding: |
| As stated in ebay's policies, when you win an auction or use the buy-it-now feature, you are entering a contract to purchase an item. Do not do this unless you intend to pay and complete the transaction. We will follow-through with all necessary agencies if necessary. |
| After the auction : |
| Please contact us within 24 hours with payment or email information about how you will by paying. Payment required immediately after auction online, or within 4 business days if paying by mail. If terms are not met, item will be relisted and transaction will be turned into ebay for non-payment. | |
