Check-out
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have 7 days to complete the check-out process. To do this, you have two check-out options:
Check-Out Now: Click on the Check-Out button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the check-out and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder e-mail confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 3 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our e-mail will contain a link to our check-out site where you will be able to pay for your item.
Payment
Our secure check-out system will give you a choice to pay with PayPal, credit card, or money order. We do not accept personal or business checks. If sending a money order, please be sure to write your item number on it.
Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted and an unpaid item strike will be filed.

Note: Iowa residents will pay 6% sales tax.
Shipping
We ship to the continental United States and Canada. Please call for freight quotes to Alaska and Hawaii.
We cannot combine shipping for items that have been paid for separately. You have 7 days from the end of the first auction to combine auctions and submit payment. Auctions must be paid together for the items to ship together.
We ship the next business day after payment is received. Delivery time is 2-4 business days to most destinations!

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I don't pay within 7 days? If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction, the check-out will expire and the item will be relisted and an unpaid item strike will be filed.
If you would still like the item and it is still available for purchase, we will gladly re-open your check-out. Once payment is received, we will remove the unpaid item strike.
If you have decided that you do not wish to purchase the item but would like the unpaid item strike removed, you have the option to pay a $10.00 re-list fee. We will not remove the strike otherwise.
Does the item come in the original box? All items come in the original box unless noted in the auction.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, upon request.
What is your return/exchange policy? We have an unconditional return policy on all unused, new items purchased. Returns must come with their original box. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded.
For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. To receive a return #, you must contact us and let us know you are sending an item back for return/exchange. At that time, we will provide you instructions on how to proceed as well as your return #. Return #'s are only good for 30 days and must be received by us in that timeframe. After 30 days, the return # is void and the item is ineligible for return. |
