Order Processing:
We process orders every Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays. Orders shipped via USPS take longer to process. Most items ship same day; however, please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to ship. In some cases we do Drop-Ship items from the manufacturer which can slow down shipping time.

Backorder:
In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock and is on backorder you will be notified within 3 business days of payment. If at this time you want a refund please call us at 252-321-6356. It is recommended to call before purchasing to guarantee item availability.

Tracking you Package:
We will notify you via email with a shipment notification as soon as your order ships. This email will include a link to track your package (IF AVAILABLE). Please note that USPS does not provide tracking numbers for most shipments. Allow up to 4 business days after receiving shipping notification for tracking number to be available.

International Shipping:

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Certain countries may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Top Speed Performance Parts includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. You are responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. Under NO circumstances will we lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise. We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. Shipping charges are NOT included in the value of the item.
