 This is a very nice airplane at a bargain price. TT only 3545, 1591 SMOH on the "bullet proof" Lycoming O-360 (all compressions in the 70's), a recently  (2007) overhauled McCauley constant-speed prop and perhaps most exciting, a new instrument panel custom-designed and fabricated by John at Tomlinson Avionics in Fort Myers, Florida.  The panel was reconfigured from the archaic 1963 layout to a standard six-pack design.  The avionics include a Garmin 430 W (WAAS), a Garmin GMA 340 with a four-place intercom, Bendix-King KY97A Com, a Narco Nav w/glideslope, an EDO RT887 transponder and a JPI EDM 700 engine analyzer. All inspections are up to date and all AD's have been complied with so this is a turn-key aircraft that you cal fly away from KFMY IFR today! I flight plan for 142 KTS at 10 GPH or less depending on the altitude. Included in the purchase price of this exceptional aircraft is an insurance checkout by me (CFII) if needed. Complete logs and no major damage history!
