• Greenfish Adventure Sports ships with both UPS (The United Parcel Service) and the United States Postal Service at our discretion. Orders placed before 1:00pm (EST) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm ship the following business day. Shipping times vary depending on ship-to location. Items are delivered within 5-7 business days to domestic addresses. Most arrive much sooner. Check our Feedback! Our Shipping is FAST!
• Alternate Ship-to Addresses may be subject to further verification. Unfortunately, there is a lot of credit card fraud on the internet, and to protect our customers as well as our store, we will call customers who provide alternate shipping addresses for further verification. You may be requested to add the alternate shipping address to your credit card account before your purchase ships.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of shipment for a credit or refund. Refunds are given in the form of a business check. We do not credit back credit cards.
• All returned items must be in new condition, with all packaging materials and paperwork included. Items returned in poor condition may be subject to a restocking charge.
• Greenfish Adventure Sports is responsible for shipping charges on mis-shipments, damaged or defective merchandise.
• Exchanges require the original product be returned in brand new condition with all tags and package materials attached and included. Please include a copy of your original receipt with all contact information, and your written request for an exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs and upcharges on your exchange. Be sure to include a phone number. We do not file credit card numbers, hence you will be contacted for any additional charges on your exchange. Please do not send cash.

Return Instructions

• Return package via insured US Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex in a sturdy box with indestructable packing tape. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
• Include a copy of your original invoice along with a note with purchaser's name, address, date of purchase, reason for return, and any instruction for exchange.

Warranty Issues and Your Safety

• Manufacturer Policies on warranties vary. In general, Manufacturer warranties cover Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Damage to products from misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, damage from accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
• All freight costs are not covered under any warranty. The customer is responsible for these costs.
• Please contact us for instruction if you have a product you deem a warranty issue.
• Biking is a dangerous sport. It is the responsibilty of the buyer to take proper safety precautions when riding any bike. Ride Safe! Wear a helmet with no cracks or other damage. Other protective padding is always a good idea. Do not attempt to ride beyond your ability. Greenfish Adventure Sports is not responsible for the improper use of merchandise sold.
• All products are brand new, unless specified otherwise.

• Products listed on ebay are in stock and ready to ship. In the rare event we run out of stock on a product, we will make every effort to fill such order in a prompt manner. We will notify customers via email of their order status.
