Please contact us for shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or other International destinations prior to bidding. All shipments are sent by Federal Express. RAMP KING, Inc. at this time cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO shipping addresses.

All items and shipments are inspected by quality control prior to shipment.

Please include the correct shipping address. If we ship to a customer specified address and must reroute the shipment, a $10 fee will be assessed.

In the event a customer is local to the Central Texas Area, a direct pickup from our warehouse can be arranged and shipping charges will be waived.

In the event that a product is damaged during the delivery process, a complaint must be filed with Federal Express and notification must be made to RAMP KING, Inc. via email ebay@rampking.com.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact our customer service department by email to obtain an RMA number. All returned items must have an RMA # or the return may be refused. Please know that you will receive a response within one business day. Please ensure that you include your name, product, product complaint, date of purchase, method of payment, and contact information. If the merchandise is in the original packing and in new condition, there will not be a restocking fee. In the event that the product has been used and is not returned in original packing, the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee. In the event that an item had FREE SHIPPING upon purchase, the actual shipping cost will be DEDUCTED from your refund.
