RETURNED GOODS POLICY Ameritech Industries, Inc., doing business as American Propeller Service and Eagle Engines will accept returned goods under the following conditions: 1. The part was originally purchased from Ameritech Industries, Inc. and returned in good condition. 2. Customer has contacted Ameritech Industries, Inc. explaining the reason for the return.  The customer should have a copy of the invoice available as reference. Ameritech Industries, Inc. will issue a Returned Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number. This number must be referenced when the product is returned. 3. All returned goods must be sent prepaid-shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. 4. All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee dependent upon reason of  the return. 5. Ameritech Industries, Inc. is not the warrantor of the various manufacturer’s products it represents, but administers warranties for the manufacturers according to their policies. If warranty is denied for any reason by the manufacturer, the purchaser agrees to pay total cost of all replacement and repairs and any attorney fees and other costs that may be incurred in the collection of services rendered.

SHIPPING POLICY Ameritech Industries, dba American Propeller Service and Eagle Engines, has the following shipping policies: 1.  Unless otherwise specified, items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order. 2.  Standard shipping is within the continental United States and will be UPS Ground. 3.   Expedited shipping is available at the buyer’s request and expense. 4.  Oversize items will ship CWX Standard Freight. 5.   Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be determined as per UPS rates. 6.  Shipping arrangements to foreign countries will be the responsibility of the buyer. 7.  Any import duties, value added taxes, fees or tariffs are the buyer’s responsibility.
