SHIPPING: We typically ship, depending on the size of the item, via USPS (Postal Service) First Class Mail (for small items), and Priority Mail for larger items or multiple items that weigh more than 13 ounces. USPS picks up for free, ships for free on Saturday, is very dependable, pretty doggone quick, not very expensive compared to UPS or FEDEX. HOWEVER, it does not offer live tracking of your package. It is extremely reliable though. So, make sure your shipping address is verified on PayPal so no packages somehow end up stuck at your post office. That has happened before. UPS actually charges me $4.00 just to come pick up your package - because I do not have a daily UPS pickup. And UPS is SOOOOO SLOW shipping long distance.
COMBINED SHIPPING: See my other listings for many more motorcycle items. We discount shipping costs (on some items) if you purchase several items within 3 days. DISCOUNT mind you. The Shipping Calculator will automatically discount the shipping rate for you when you purchase. We cannot afford to completely combine all items and then just charge you only for one item's shipping, handling, Ebay fee, PayPal fee, blah blah blah and lose money on the costs involved with selling the other items you might buy from us in the same purchase. You can thank Ebay because of their insanely high fees for this. We do discount the shipping though. The automatted shipping calculator with handle that for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We gladly ship overseas and international as long as the item is not too large. Most small items (DVD's, Shirts, Small clothing, Small tools, etc.) will ship via USPS International Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. Other regular sized items will ship USPS International Priority Mail. Other large items can only be shipped to Canada via UPS Standard To Canada.
MORE SHIPPING INFO: We try to box and package your item the best we can for the safety of your item. It is very rare that an item gets damaged in shipping from us. It can happen though. If your item arrives in a damaged box, please keep the box, photograph it AND the damaged item and contact us immediately.
If your item arrived in a specific manufacturer's box for the item, please keep that box until you have used the item to verify it is working properly. If, for some reason, the item does not work and you need to return it to us (very rare), we will need the original manufacturer's box in order to return the item to the manufacturer for exchange. It's no different than if you tried to return something to WalMart and you did not have the original box/packaging, WalMart would probably not accept your exchange/return. Keep all original packaging until you have used the item.
