  • Activated automatically, this system alerts you when you are close to another vehicle, a wall or a person behind you, providing a safe, easy and enjoyable parking experience in all situations.
How does this Parking Sensor System work :
  • The system uses ultrasonic wave technology to detect the obstacle from the rear of the vehicle.
  • The system starts when you put the vehicle in Reverse Gear, working a little bit like a radar system whereby each sensor sends out a signal which bounces against any objects and then back to the sensor head.
  • The closer the object is to the vehicle, the less time it will take the signal to bounce, thus allowing the command module to calculate the distance and display by a beep-beep sound.
  • As the vehicle gets closer to the object, the interval between beeps becomes shorter until at 0.4m, a continuous tone is given to indicate to stop.
