IRI Motors is acting as an agent for the owner of this item. The condition report has been provided to us directly from the independent third-party inspector. The inspection company has done its best to insure a complete and accurate report of the condition of the vehicle.

Please understand, you are bidding on a used car. It is not a new car in "just off the factory assembly line" condition. You might need to make repairs eventually or even immediately, especially on wear items such as battery, brakes, clutch, belts, hoses, tires, timing chain, just as you would on any used car. To the best of our knowledge, the car is in the condition the inspection report says it's in. All vehicles are sold AS IS to buyer.

Some vehicles are eligible for a 1,000 mile/ 1 month warranty through eBay and its partners. If the vehicle has a warranty available, it is your responsibility to activate your warranty through eBay’s check out process and to exercise all rights you have under that warranty.

Inspection Availability:
The item is offered with the right to a personal inspection by the successful bidder before the transaction is finalized on the following terms:

• IRI Motors must receive payment in full BEFORE a personal inspection can take place.
• Bidder may request and arrange through IRI Motors an independent inspection of the vehicle to be completed within the 24 hour time period described below at bidders' expense.
• The successful bidder or independent inspector shall perform an inspection within 24-hours of the time the vehicle is received or viewed and the successful bidder shall notify IRI Motors of any "material misrepresentation" within that same 24-hour time period. A "material misrepresentation" shall only include vehicle descriptive items such as color variance (ex. red vs. blue), incorrect size of motor (ex. six cylinder vs. eight cylinder), type of drive train (ex. two wheel drive vs. four wheel drive), and similar variances in vehicle description. A "material misrepresentation" shall not include the nonfunctioning of a component or system. This is a used vehicle and is not represented to be perfect.
• If the successful bidder or independent inspector does not perform the inspection described above, the vehicle is assumed to be accepted and approved without any further right of inspection.

Bid Verification:
We reserve the right to verify bids at our discretion. We further reserve the right to cancel bids of any bidders that we deem unverifiable. Please understand this policy is for the benefit of the legitimate bidders. It insures that the final bid is a true market price not affected by bogus bidding.

After the Auction:
You must have funds available or be pre-approved for financing prior to bidding. After the auction, Successful bidders must pay deposit of $500 within one (1) business day following the close of the listing. Deposits must be in the form of a bank wire transfer, VISA, or Master Card. Full payment must be made to IRI Motors within five (5) calendar days of the close of the listing. We reserve the right to re-list or otherwise sell the vehicle to another party in the event of failure to adhere to this policy.

All funds, except for deposits, must be in the form of a cashier's check, a bank wire transfer, or a MBNA issued "Auction Card." If you are interested in MBNA 100% financing, please call 800-533-9911 and apply for the Auction Card. Existing Auction Card account holders with MBNA do not need to apply for a new card, just contact us with the current account number. We do not accept credit cards for the full purchase price of the vehicle.

Point of Sale:
The point of sale of this vehicle is San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. The substantive law of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts of law, shall govern the purchase of this vehicle. Any dispute regarding this transaction shall be settled by binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Neither party hereto shall be awarded punitive or exemplary damages in any arbitration or other proceeding hereunder.

All transactions are subject to a $50 Documentation fee, a $100 Administration fee, and a 0.25013% inventory tax.
