Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax of 8.50% during the checkout process.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please call us at 602-324-5500 if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. Some items are stored off site so call to verify your item is ready for pickup. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. Shipping options are as listed in the shipping calculator.  We reserve the right to substitute between FedEx/UPS shipping of comparable service level.

Buyer is responsible for all brokerage/customs taxes/charges/fees. We will not falsify customs documents. The winning bid amount will be used as the item value on customs forms.

Combined shipping is done at the seller’s discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping quoted in the calculator includes insurance; this may make the shipping look high for expensive items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $200. There will be no exceptions.  Shipping insurance does not cover items stolen from your doorstep, if there is a concern please call us 1-800-317-7202 and we can add signature required for items under $200.   For international orders Express Mail includes a signature, Priority Mail normally does not, we reserve the right to upgrade items from Priority International to Express International as we deem appropriate.
