Condition: Used Condition...One of the Rear Wheels has a Bubble on the Face and of course being used, there are signs of wear and tear and scuffing.. I did take as many photos as I could so that you can see, but with the lighting its difficult to capture every little detail. Due to the high shipping cost on these, I recommend asking any questions before bidding, as well as making sure these work for your needs. We do accept returns, however shipping is Non refundable and the buyer must also pay the return shipping, as well as purchase shipping.
