PayPal payments MUST be sent immediately after auction close. If not making a PayPal payment, buyer MUST e-mail us (ebay@pca.aero) immediately with the form of payment that will be used.

In order to provide fast and reliable delivery, all US domestic eBay orders will be shipped UPS Ground for a flat rate (item dependant). You may request UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day, UPS Overnight, FedEx 2-day, or FedEx P1 at auction checkout. Prices will vary depending on the weight and size of your order. All international packages are shipped FedEx. Rates depend on weight and country. International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and taxes including VAT charges, where applicable. All shipments will be insured for your protection. Sorry, no PO Boxes. UPS shipping costs apply to 48 contiguous states. For UPS shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, multiply UPS Ground charges by three.

How will I know that my order has been processed?
Once your order has been placed, we will process it quickly and a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide. In the unlikely event that the item you order is out of stock, we will let you know when you should expect to receive your order.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, you can e-mail us at ebay@pca.aero. We will respond to your request quickly -- usually within 24 hours. Please be sure to include the item number, your name and the date you placed your order.

Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns on used/reconditioned products offered on eBay due to the extremely low prices. We stand behind every product we sell. If we made an error with your shipment, we will correct it. Any defective product will be replaced or repaired immediately. We must be notified of any problem or defect within 7-days of product delivery.
