We do ad packaging and handling fees to all items. We also charge handling/packing fees. 3. All payments to be made via Paypal ONLY within 4 days after auction ends. . 4. We will bill actual and fair shipping, packaging and any necessary handling charges. 5. We WILL NOT alter or LIE on customs documents, so PLEASE do not ask. We test major electrical parts before disassembly 5. If part stated 'tested' then it worked prior to disassembly. Any part knowingly damaged or not working will be stated accordingly. 6. PLEASE, if you don't want to purchase the part-for any reason- then DO NOT bid. I cannot understand a 'non-paying' bidder. Non-paying bidders will be left negative feedback , reported to ebay and put on our 'cannot bid list - forever'. 7. We make every attempt to offer quality, used, parts which are described the best we can. We do not like negative feedback and do not want to give it.
