They are designed to be installed inside the seat of your motocycle.  The Kno Place Gel Pad is made of a denser gel than other seat pads to more effectively absorb shock and distribute the rider's weight across the entire surface of their seat.  Unlike other gel pads, Kno Place won't shift, leak, or feel mushy or bouncy.

Kno Place Gel Pads for motorcycles come in three sizes, (large, medium, small), perfect for the do-it-yourself installations.  Our gel pads can be trimmed to fit any seat.  Or you can send your seat to Kno Place Upholstery Co. for a professional installation.  Our craftsman will remove you seat cover and install the gel pad into your seat foam.  We have an optional memory foam for added comfort that is molded over the Kno Place Gel Pad.  We then cover the entire seat in a specially designed foam to protect your seat foam and gel pad and give it a smooth finish.  Your original seat cover is then reinstalled.  With a professional Kno Place Gel Pad installation, the size, shape and original look of your seat will not change.

As an additional option, we can cover your Kno Place Gel Pad in a durable black material with a slip resistant bottom for use of the gel pad on the top of your seat.  Though this is not the best application for a gel pad, we at Kno Place realize that some bike owners choose not to alter their bike, but would like the added comfort our gel pad provides.
