Final sale price does not include all taxes and fees and are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid in the state and jurisdiction where the vehicle will be registered.  Aside from governmental taxes and surcharges, a $50 documentation fee applies to all sales and  0.2179% dealer's motor vehicle inventory tax.

Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit must be made upon purchasing. Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 2 days to pay.

Warranty: This vehicle is being sold "as is".  Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.  Extended service agreements may be available. Gillman Pre-Owned Promise including the Free Lifetime Engine Warranty may be available on vehicles with less than 80,000 miles and fewer than five model years old. See dealer for details.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your equipment upon delivery, please notify us immediately. Returns accepted within 2 days and/or 200 miles of purchase within purchase condition. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Financing: We offer financing through various financial institutions. Gillman Companies may be able to assist you with competitive financing options, subject to credit approval designed to fit your budget and circumstances.  For assistance with financing options, please contact your Ebay Sales Representative at Gillman.

Availability: We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales.  Successful high bidder must communicate with Gillman by phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.  If we can not confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.  Within 2 days of the auction closing, buyer must provide balance of funds by Bank to Bank Wire Transfer, Cash (in person), Cashiers Check, Money Order or Bank Draft.  At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their state issued valid drivers license and proof of insurance.  Before vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other State related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.  All funds must be deposited, cleared and available to seller prior to releasing of vehicle by seller.

Shipping and Delivery -  All shipping arrangements and charges are buyer's responsibility.  Gillman Companies may assist as a courtesy with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible for any shipping charges or expenses.  Gillman Companies will not be responsible for any claims arising from shipping damage or delay.  We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom or lot.  Gillman Companies is not affiliated with any carrier.  Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you the buyer and the shipper, not with Gillman Companies.  Please verify with the shipper for an estimated time of arrival.

Gillman Companies uses our best efforts to disclose all information known about any  vehicle for auction.  Gillman Companies recommends and welcomes a buyer's inspection prior to bidding and before the auction ends.  Inspection fees, if any are the buyer's responsibility. Some Pre-Owned vehicles may not include an Owner's Manual or second set of keys.  We attempt to describe or photograph each vehicle in order to accurately present its condition.
